# Raspberry Pi

### Basics

Make sure you have the following before installation:

* Device: Raspberry Pi 4 or 5 (4GB RAM or more recommended)
* OS: 64-bit Raspberry Pi OS or Debian-based 64-bit Linux distro
* Storage: At least 16GB free
* Network: Internet access

Then, install OM1 on the Raspberry Pi from its command line, following the [standard instructions](https://docs.openmind.com/developing/1_get-started).
